At Blooms By Mia, every arrangement is handcrafted with care. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have specific guidelines for refunds, returns, and replacements.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

• If your flowers arrive damaged, not fresh, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• You must provide photos of the arrangement so we can review the issue.
  
• If approved, we will offer either a replacement arrangement or a partial/full refund.
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and custom arrangements cannot be returned once delivered due to their perishable nature.
  
• Props and hire items are not eligible for refunds once delivered/collected unless faulty.
  

3. Substitutions

• Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. We may substitute blooms of equal or greater value to maintain the design, colour palette, and quality. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds.
  

4. Event & Wedding Bookings

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund (minus any costs already incurred).
  
• Cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund, depending on preparation costs.
  

5. Change of Mind

• Refunds are not available for change of mind once your order has been prepared or delivered.
  

6. Returns for Prop Hire

• All hire items remain the property of Blooms By Mia.
  
• Refunds are not provided once props are booked, but deposits may be refunded if cancellations are made in advance (as per your hire agreement).
  
• Customers are responsible for any loss or damage of hired items; repair or replacement costs may apply.
  

7. How to Request a Refund

Please email maria@bloomsbymia.net within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Supporting photos
  

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
