At Blooms By Mia, we take great care to ensure your flowers and arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Please read our delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Areas

• We deliver across Sydney and selected surrounding suburbs.
  
• For large weddings, events, or funeral arrangements, extended delivery areas may be available by request.
  

2. Delivery Times

• Same-Day Delivery: Available Monday to Saturday for select products when orders are placed before 12pm.
  
• Standard Delivery: All other orders will be delivered within the selected delivery window at checkout.
  
• Event & Custom Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks’ notice to secure your date and ensure availability.
  
• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  

3. Delivery Windows

• Residential deliveries: Typically between 9:00 am – 6:30 pm.
  
• Business deliveries: Typically between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  
• Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we always aim to meet your preferred window.
  

4. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  
• Additional charges may apply for after-hours, Sunday, or public holiday deliveries.
  

5. Recipient Not Home

• If the recipient is not available, our couriers may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location.
  
• If no safe spot is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  

6. Event & Funeral Deliveries

• Weddings, funerals, and large events are delivered and set up by our styling team.
  
• Timing and setup details will be confirmed in consultation with you prior to the event.
  

7. International Deliveries

• Currently, Blooms By Mia only offers delivery within Australia.
